Terms of Service

By accessing or using Crospix Tech services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

1. Use of Services

You may use Crospix services only for lawful business purposes. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You must not misuse, reverse-engineer, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems.

2. Subscription & Billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected. Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice. Trial periods are 14 days. Continued use after trial requires a paid plan.

3. Data Ownership

You own all data you input into Crospix. We do not claim ownership over your business data. You may export your data at any time.

4. Service Availability

We target 99.9% uptime. Crospix is not liable for losses arising from service interruptions. Planned maintenance will be announced in advance.

5. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. Upon termination, your data will be available for export for 30 days, after which it will be deleted.

6. Limitation of Liability

Crospix Tech's liability is limited to the amount paid in the 12 months prior to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be resolved in courts of jurisdiction in India.
